Origin
Surfaced 2026-05-08 from the A2 chat during the NGA website build:
"Nexus Growth Advisors: Separate website to be built later." "Virtual CFO: Nexus Growth Advisors only. Not on NGA website." The NGA website (ngaca.net) is the chartered accountancy practice surface. Nexus Growth Advisors is a separate identity — the Virtual CFO advisory practice — and warrants its own website with its own positioning, audience, and visual identity.
What this is
A dedicated website for Nexus Growth Advisors. Distinct from NGA the CA firm. Hosts the Virtual CFO offering, advisory positioning, and any case study / thought leadership specific to that practice line.
Why this matters as its own agenda
- Different audience: NGA serves business owners across CA needs (tax, compliance, audit). Nexus Growth Advisors serves a narrower segment — founders/CEOs ready to invest in financial leadership.
- Different price point and engagement shape: monthly Virtual CFO retainers vs. transactional/annual CA work.
- Different sales cycle: longer, more relationship-driven, more decision-stakes.
- Mixing the two on one site would dilute both.
Voice
Voice and approach: see Practice philosophy. The same "impact creators, not fear creators" lens applies, expressed through the lens of the founder/CEO audience. Where NGA's site speaks to "the business owner who feels profitable but broke," Nexus Growth Advisors' site speaks to "the founder who built something that now runs them." Same philosophy, different cut.
Status
Planned. Not active. Will activate when:
- NGA website (ngaca.net) is fully live and stable
- The Virtual CFO offering itself (currently delivered through the HSIPL flow and being replicated to Dev Plastics) is mature enough to articulate publicly
- Bandwidth allows
Decisions deferred until activation
- Domain (Nexusgrowth.com? nexusgrowthadvisors.com? nexusgrowth.advisors?)
- Whether to reuse the NGA website's stack (custom static HTML / Netlify) or take a different approach
- Visual identity — should it inherit Navy + Gold from NGA, or have its own palette?
- Relationship between the two sites — cross-link? Subtle? Deliberately separated?
- Author surface — if Dishant's books surface (A4) lives under a third site, that's three websites. If books live under Nexus Growth Advisors, that's two but more loaded. Coordinate with A4 when activated.
Connection to other agendas
- A4 (Books) — the books are by Dishant the author. Their natural home may be NGA, Nexus Growth Advisors, or a third surface. To be decided.
- C5 (Client touchpoints) — Virtual CFO clients (HSIPL, Dev Plastics, future) live on the Nexus Growth Advisors side. The site will eventually feature anonymised case studies of the work captured in those client chats.
- B1, B2 (Sales) — leads for the Virtual CFO offering will increasingly come through the Nexus Growth Advisors site, separately from NGA's general practice leads.
Notes
To be added when this agenda activates.
