B3. Client communications & compliance reminders

B. Salespriority: highenergy: medium

Recurring activities DB (GST 11/13/20, TDS 7, advance tax 15, ITR Jul/Oct, ROC). Cowork drafts client reminders weekly.

Original ask (Dishant's words)

"B) Sales: ... 3) Keep in Touch with my clients and send them information in advance of any activity that is about to come in."

Vision

A Notion DB of recurring client activities: GST returns 11th/13th/20th, TDS 7th, advance tax 15th, ITR Jul/Oct, ROC. A scheduled task generates next-7-days reminders. Drafts go through E9 — Approval-gated outbound dispatch for sending via WhatsApp / email.

Why this matters

Proactive compliance reminders to clients = trust, retention, and pricing power. Reactive reminders = clients lose faith.

Approach

B3 owns the schedule of recurring activities and which clients are subject to which. The drafting and sending of reminders is the E9 pattern. B3 generates the queue; E9 dispatches.

Notes

Voice and approach: see Practice philosophy in the My Office Tool parent page. Compliance reminders are not penalty warnings. They are quiet acknowledgements that we're holding the calendar so the client doesn't have to. Voice is steady and impact-led, never fear-led. "Your TDS is due on the 7th — we have what we need from you, you don't need to think about it," not "deadline approaching, please ensure compliance." Other notes to be added.
