Origin
Not in Dishant's original A/B/C/D list. Emerged from his statement of how he wants to work:
"i start the day with a hi, good morning or some greeting and your reply should be the question that you narrated, my schedule, etc." "it can be like a daily summery report. it can also have feedbacks from co-work and other agents that we build in future"
Why this is critical
Dishant's stated problem: "I forget to use my tracker." The morning briefing reaches him — he doesn't have to remember to open anything. And it's only useful if the underlying DBs have data, which gives him a reason to keep them updated.
What it contains
A short prose briefing (not a list) that synthesises:
- Today's Weekly Tasks
- Today's calendar
- Compliance items in next 7 days (from B3)
- Last 3 client touchpoints for any client he's meeting today (from C5)
- One thing about a slipping task or pattern
