- Claude shows last week's tracker — done, not done, killed
- Summarise progress per active agenda
- Decide: anything to mark done? Anything new to add?
- Pick next week's agendas (2-3 active, no more)
- Claude breaks them into 5-15 small tasks across 7 days, considering Dishant's energy and bandwidth
- Weekly Tasks DB updated
- New week begins 30-45 minutes weekly. Sunday is hinge: morning closes last week, evening opens next.
