Why this is hard
No official WhatsApp personal-account API. Workarounds against ToS. The Cowork-drives-WhatsApp-Web approach is the legitimate path.
Use cases
- Inbound: Cowork reads last 24 hrs of personal/business chats, surfaces messages that imply tasks or need replies
- Outbound: drafted client reminders sent via WhatsApp Web on Dishant's approval
- Self chat: voice notes for C5 capture flow
