When asked the subtractive question — "what is one tool, client, service line, or commitment you suspect isn't earning its keep?" — Dishant named this twice without prompting. That's the signal.
"my side business of manufacturing blister packaging" "the turnover is about 7-8L, which i think is less than the break-even. but it's not the sales that is the issue, it is the headache that it creates. it's labour intensive and i am not a people's person, I simply hate the idiots. have outsourced it but a lot of followup goes into it. it's a family business more than 50 years old. i ran it for over 10 years, lost my everything to it, from riches to rags. there are a lot of loans in it for which need to continue to run it to cover them. my ca revenue is not sufficient to cover both."
