What this is
The meta-agenda. The Agendas + Weekly Tasks + Weekly Review system itself. Exists to manage the build of all other modules.
Lifespan
Deliberately scoped as scaffolding. Will retire (or repurpose) when My Office Tool's primary modules are mature enough that this layer is overhead, not help.

- 2026-05-03 — Established as the operating model for My Office Tool. Two databases: Agendas (master plan) + Weekly Tasks (execution). Sunday weekly reviews close one week and open the next.
