"C) Operations and HR: 1) Keep a track on the activity" "monitoring, delegation and tracking; it Transends into HR which means salary and increment as when and which day the employee has worked and his performance quality will define him/her marking his attendance but no output was there, which means they marked it wrong or fraudulently. each thing connects to other."

Already exists, partially

The 'Action Tracker — NGA FY26' Notion database already exists under Mastermind Roadmap → Business Plan. Decision needed: extend it, or build something separate that integrates.

  • Activity tracking → C3 (attendance & salary): performance signal feeds salary/increment decisions
  • Activity tracking → C5 (client meetings): meetings produce tasks; tasks tracked here
