What this is
Employee training and capability development for NGA staff. Covers:
- Onboarding training for new joiners (practice philosophy, NGA's systems, CA compliance basics)
- Ongoing technical upskilling (GST updates, TDS changes, regulatory changes)
- Soft skills aligned to practice philosophy (client communication, impact-not-fear orientation)
- Tool training (Notion, GST Suite, Tally tools, eventually the NGA ERP)
Connection to practice philosophy
Training is how the practice philosophy propagates. Staff can only deliver "impact creators, not fear creators" if they understand what that means and have been shown how to embody it in client interactions.

Planned. Activates when H1 (Hiring) produces the first hire.
